About Me

Hi guys, welcome to my blog, this is my private blog to share my personnel opinion about tourism in batam, or maybe more to my personnal recommendation base on most common what tourist wanna do. By the way, my name's Buldan, I already being a private driver since 2014, i already bring lot of tourist from around the world such as Sinngapore of course, malaysia, Brunei, India, Vietnam, Philipine, Thailand, uSA, England, Lithuania, Spain, Mexico, German, Dubai, Hongkong, China, Australia, Russia and some other country that i forget to remember 😁. Base on my experience different country has different itinerary, for example singaporean mostly put batam as their short holiday with simple itinerary, such as Shopping, massage, and little adventure for fun. Malaysian similar with singaporean for the itinerary. Peoples that come from europe/US more to sightseeing, dont like shopping, few like to do massage.

Golden prawn One of the famous Seafood restaurant in Batam, located in Golden city area, they have 2 names, 555 and 933, they serve variant menu, with reasonable price .... for tourist with crowded schedule... I suggest this place, because in this area you can do other activities that do not waste a lot of your time ( maybe you want to buy layer cake, keropok, sport activities ), I prefer save  the time as efficiently as possible so that so that you can do other activities without haste right?. The Vietnamese Refugee camp The Vietnamese Refugee camp in Galang Island, Batam is a historical place that once inhabited by about 250,000 refugees from Vietnam in 1979-1995 . The camp was built by the UNHCR, one of the organizations under the UN that takes care of victims of war, and the government of Indonesia. This refugee camp lies on an area of about 80 hectares. Just like a new 'city', this camp was equipped with various facilities, ranging from schools, places of worship (churches, temples, and mosque), hospitals, cemeteries, canteens, barracks, and even a prison. The refugee story began with a quite long lasted civil war in Vietnam, which happened from 1959 to 1975 that also involved several other countries, eg. The United States and Russia. During and just after the war, many Vietnamese fled away their country for security reasons and for protection. Some of them sailed the South China Sea for months on wooden boats to find a safer place to live. Unfo

Batam Shopping Center Batam Island is without doubt one of the quickest rising vacationer destinations in Indonesia. It is located in the province of Sumatra, forming part of the numerous islands of Riau.  Batam has quite a lot of large shopping complexes scattered throughout its entirety. They have two big malls  located within the Nagoya City Area of Batam. Nagoya is likely one of the two distinct shopping and enterprise districts in Batam Island, and it's by far busier than the other shopping district, the Batam Centre Area. NAGOYA HILL   Built in 2007, Nagoya Hill is a largest shopping mall in Batam, it is considered as most crowded and visited by local people in Batam because of the strategic location. Nagoya Hill also became a best choice for tourist destination and attracts lot of tourism in Batam. It is no wonder that the Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall is such a hit with both tourists and locals alike. Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall is a shopping place
